Tilfelle is an event planning business in Denver focused on specialty food events.

Chocolate Lab, Truffnies, Creative Chocolate Company, Truffles in Paradise, Antelope Trading Company, Robin Chocolates, Gourfrais Fine Chocolate, Stachi Fudge, Stargazer and special guest Kingman Estates Winery.

On the menu: pulled pork sliders with a chocolate spice rub and bourbon chocolate bbq sauce, mini butternut squash ravioli with shaved dark chocolate, egg plant caponata and chocolate, roasted Brussels sprouts with a chocolate balsamic glaze, and spicy meatballs in our bourbon chocolate bbq sauce.
